Machinable is a quoting and planning aid
Machinable analyzes digitally generated, single-page 2D engineering drawings and returns information intended to support a quick quote or no-quote decision and manufacturing planning. Its automated output may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for a particular job.
Every result requires verification
Users must compare every result with the controlling drawing and apply qualified manufacturing judgment before quoting a job, ordering or cutting material, programming equipment, or making any production decision. Machinable does not replace the controlling drawing, inspection, quality control, engineering review, or regulatory compliance.
A purchase inquiry is not an order
The pricing page describes the current plan. The purchase-interest form is not a checkout, does not collect payment information, and does not create an order or guarantee access. Machinable will confirm billing, renewal, cancellation, taxes, payment timing, and higher-volume terms directly before paid access begins.
Users must have permission to submit drawings
Users keep their rights in submitted drawings and must have the authority needed to submit them for processing. Machinable needs a limited right to receive, transmit, process, and display a drawing only as needed to provide the service.
Controlled data needs a separate agreement
Users should not upload classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information, ITAR-controlled technical data, export-controlled technology, personal data, or drawings subject to special confidentiality, security, or data-location requirements unless Machinable first agrees in writing that the service is suitable. Uploading a drawing does not create a nondisclosure agreement.
The service must be used lawfully
Users should not violate law or another person's rights, upload malicious files, interfere with or overload the service, bypass service controls, probe the service without permission, or misrepresent automated output as certified engineering work.
Demo drawings are for evaluation
The public demo drawings are supplied to evaluate Machinable through its existing upload flow. A download should not be treated as permission to republish, sell, or use a drawing for production.
The service may change or be unavailable
Machinable may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. No service-level commitment exists unless separate written terms say otherwise.
